FastFontPreview

FastFontPreview is a free Windows tool that will help you preview font files that it finds on your system.

Although its developers claim that this application is a font manager, it does not actually include many tools to make it a font manager. FastFontPreview is just a small program that will offer you an alternative of viewing fonts.

The program comes with a very simple graphical user-interface. Its main window displays a tree folder structure and a previewing area. You can easily navigate to any location on your hard disk, and, if the program finds any font files in that specific location, it displays them in the previewing area. Moreover, it offers you the possibility to install them on your system, and it notifies you if any font is already installed. In order to enhance the previewing function, FastFontPreview allows you to set various colors for the font samples. You will get a better idea on how the characters will look in your projects and documents.

In my opinion, FastFontPreview doesn’t bring anything new to the table. All its features are already available in Windows.
